Hugh Dellar je autor, učitel a školitel učitelů s více než dvacetiletou praxí v oboru. Je také spoluzakladatelem Lexical Lab a spoluautorem metodické knihy Teaching Lexically. Hugh vedl školení a rozvojové kurzy pro učitele ve více než dvaceti zemích včetně Brazílie, Mexika, Peru, Španělska, Itálie, Japonska, Ruska a Ukrajiny. What is the difference between outcomes and aims? In this presentation, the presenter will explain why working towards an outcome can have a positive impact on instruction and lesson-planning. By exposing students to the conversations they will have by the end of the lesson, we increase learner motivation and make learning more relevant.
